Warrants signed. <br /> i <br /> I <br /> 2. Approve minutes of MLay 12 1999 <br /> Mr. Cram motioned to accept the Minutes of May 12, 1999. Mr. Doherty <br /> seconded the motion. <br /> 3. Transfer Station bi-monthlyinspection report <br /> Board acknowledged. <br /> 4. Preliminary subdivision plan a roval- CSC <br /> Board members reviewed and acknowledged the submitted preliminary plan by <br /> CSC Group Nominee Trust. <br /> Mr. Doherty stated concerns with the size of the lots, the unknown well and <br /> septic layout and whether or not there will be town water servicing the <br /> subdivision. Mr. Cram stated that he would like to see this information on the <br /> plans. <br /> APPOINTMENT Wayne Kucha-Stone re: Flea Market produce sales <br /> Mr. Kucha-Stone was in attendance for this scheduled appointment. <br /> Mr. Kucha-Stone stated that he would like permission to operate a farmers <br /> market-style produce stand at Dick & Ellie's Flea Market. He feels that there is <br /> a need for this sort of operation at the Flea Market. <br /> Mr. Cram asked, "Will you be transporting the produce in a refrigerated truck?" <br /> Mr. Kucha-Stone responded that he will be using a refrigerated truck for <br /> transporting the produce. "We will be operating under a canopy with solar <br /> light-reflecting panels." <br /> Mr. McQuaid stated that his main concern is the dust level at the Flea Market <br /> and it settling on the fruit. He recommended that the Board require Mr. Kucha- <br />
