Sign warrants. Warrants signed. <br /> 2. _Approve minutes of May 19, 1999 <br /> Mr. Cram motioned to approve the minutes of the May 19, 1999 meeting. Mr. <br /> Ball seconded the motion. Motion passed. <br /> 3. MMR Focus Group Meeting on 6122199 <br /> Board acknowledged. <br /> 4. Request from Booster's Club for Fiesta Shows <br /> Mr. McQuaid stated, "The Booster's Club is non-profit but Fiesta Shows is not. <br /> We usually charge $25.00 per stand per day. Last year we charged them <br /> $20.00 per stand for their stay, which is a week. I would recommend that the <br /> Board charge the same amount again this year." <br /> Mr. Crain motioned to charge the Fiesta Shows $20.00 per stand per day for <br /> their temporary food permit. Mr. Ball seconded the motion. <br /> APPOINTMENT Michael Grotzke re: Brickyard Marketyllace <br /> Mr. Grotzke was in attendance for this scheduled appointment. <br /> Mr. Grotzke stated, "I met with Mr. McQuaid recently and reviewed the issues <br /> and this is the result. We made some changes to the plan. We've excluded the <br /> area of the State Highway from our calculations. We spoke with the State on <br /> this matter and they hadn't heard of it being done but would allow it if the <br /> Town would give a letter stating that we would agree that we would never count <br /> this in nitrogen calculations in the future, We decided to go ahead and exclude <br /> that and end up with a lesser area. We've also moved the leaching area into the <br /> vicinity of the test pits and we're asking for a waiver of 4' separation to <br /> groundwater because of the difficulty in distance to groundwater." <br /> Mr. McQuaid stated, "I spoke to DEP and when the new Title V came out the <br /> legal counsel for DEP agreed that using deeded rights to the center of privately <br /> owned right-of-ways was acceptable. They have since reversed their position <br />
