Sign warrants. Warrants signed. <br /> APPOINTMENT Cape & Islands Engineering re: 17/23 Simons Road <br /> Mr. John Slavinksy of Cape & Islands Engineering was in attendance for this <br /> scheduled appointment. <br /> Mr. Slavinsky stated, "We are proposing to install the reserve at the time of <br /> installation of the primary system. We have designed the system to <br /> accommodate a retail center with small offices. Because we are in the Zone II <br /> and also the groundwater protection area, we have designed the system for 440- <br /> gallons per acre. It will be a small-use office. Simons Road is not a built road <br /> yet but will be by Willowbend at some time in the future. The distance from the <br /> wetland is more than 100'. We have already shown MDC storm drains on the <br /> plan." <br /> Mr. Ball stated, "I'd like to see the actual distance from the wetlands stated on <br /> the plan." <br /> Mr. Cram motioned to approve the plan for 17/23 Simons Road. Mr. Ball <br /> seconded the motion. Motion passed. <br /> APPOINTMENT Mr. Brian Dunn re: Cape Cod Health Care <br /> Mr. Dunn was in attendance for his scheduled appointment. <br /> Mr. Dunn stated, "This is a proposed health care facility with eight doctors on <br /> staff and five specialists there two days a week. We're providing about 150 <br /> parking spots for the patients and visitors. We're providing a septic tank with a <br /> 48-hour duration, a 6,500-gallon septic tank for 24-hour duration retention <br /> and we're provding 8' diameter Bio-clear systems to treat the wastewater. Also <br /> a 1000-gallon equalization tank is planned which will slow the flow before it is <br /> pumped through the valves. We're also providing a 2,000-gallon anoxic tank to <br /> help with the anaerobic part of the treatment as well as a settling tank and a <br /> I <br />
