MINUTES June 24, 1999 4 BOARD OF HEALTH <br /> 10. Emergency failure certification: 40/41 Lakeside Trailer Park <br /> Mr. McQuaid stated, "The cesspool is full. A new Title V septic system is to be <br /> installed per plan." <br /> Board members forwarded their signatures to the Emergency Failure <br /> Certification form. <br /> Emergency failure certification: 7 Bluff Avenue <br /> Mr. McQuaid stated, "The cesspool is full. A new 1500-gallon tank and 600- <br /> gallon pit is to be installed as there is no room for drywells," <br /> Board members forwarded their signatures to the Emergency Failure <br /> Certification form. <br /> OLD BUSINESS <br /> Transfer Station <br /> Mr. McQuaid stated, "There will be a final walk-through of the transfer station <br /> on Wednesday of next week.
