Ball, Chairman <br /> Robert F. Cram, Sr., <br /> Elias A. McQuaid and Veronica A. Mayer <br /> THE TAPE IS NOT PART OF THE MEETING; IT IS FOR THE PURPOSE OF <br /> TRANSCRIPTION ONLY. <br /> Mr. Steven R. Ball, Chairman <br /> 1. Sign warrants. Warrants signed. <br /> APPOINTMENT: Maurice Cassanelli "Moll/Bulky Waste/Walk-Ins <br /> Mattresses <br /> Mr. McQuaid stated that Mo called him yesterday and informed him that they were <br /> having an epidemic with the number of mattresses that were coming in - over 100 <br /> mattresses in the last nine days. He said that they need to come up with a solution to <br /> this problem. One consideration would be to allow a resident with a sticker to bring,in <br /> two mattresses at a time. If they wish to bring in more, then they would be charged <br /> $10 a mattress. Mo, however, didn't think that would work because they can make as <br /> many trips as they want to bring in as many mattresses. Mo stated that the other <br /> towns on the Cape are charging $10 a mattress. Mr. Cram suggested that they take <br /> more time to consider the solution to this problem in order to be fair to all parties <br /> concerned. <br /> Mr. Ball stated that the Board of Health will continue this issue. <br /> Walk-In to Transfer Station <br /> Mr. McQuaid stated that there is a resident living across the street from the transfer <br /> station. There was discussion concerning her purchasing a sticker and walking in <br /> with her trash to the transfer station. After discussion, the Board of Health members <br /> stated that they did not see a problem with that issue. <br /> APPOINTMENT: Cape & Islands Engineering - 5 Sugar Pine Circle Dental <br /> Office <br /> Dr. Darrell Blumber (dentist) and Mr. John Slavinsky of Cape & Islands Engineering <br /> were in attendance for this scheduled appointment. <br /> Mr. Slavinsky noted that this is a dentist office in a residential zone. He stated that <br /> his partner, David Sanicki, discussed this with Brian Dudley, DEP, and Mr. Dudley <br /> has no problems with this. Dr. Blumber noted that the concern was the effluent. He <br /> stated that, according to State regulations, if he has only two dental chairs, he could <br /> use his present system. Dr. Blumber stated that the effluent comes from the suction <br />
