MINUTES November 4, 1999 3 BOARD OF HEALTH <br /> a 36'variance from the proposed soil absorption system to the proposed private <br /> well and a 25'variance from the proposed private well to the soil absorption <br /> system located at #29 Coombs Lane. <br /> The proposed soil absorption system will be 114' (150'required/36'variance) <br /> from the proposed private well. The proposed private well will be 115' (150' <br /> required/25'variance) from the soil absorption system located at #29 Coombs <br /> Lane. <br /> Mr. Cram made a motion to deny the variance requests because of inadequate <br /> plans -- Item #1 on cover letter is not delineated on the plans. Motion seconded <br /> by Mr. Doherty. Motion Passed. <br /> Variance: 57 Uncle Percy's Road <br /> Applicant is requesting a variance for 57 Uncle Percy's Road. Applicant is <br /> requesting a variance of 8' from the proposed soil absorption system to the <br /> street property line; a variance of 10' from the proposed soil absorption system <br /> to the well servicing house #14; and a variance of 6' from the proposed soil <br /> absorption system to the well servicing house #54. <br /> The proposed soil absorption system will be 2' (10' required/8' variance) off the <br /> street property line. The proposed soil absorption system will be 140' (150' <br /> required/10'variance) from the well servicing house 414 and 144' (150' <br /> required/6'variance) from the well servicing house #54. <br /> Mr. Cram made a motion to,grant the Variance Requests as noted above for 57 <br /> Uncle Percy's Road. Motion seconded by Mr. Doherty. Motion. Passed. <br /> Mr. Cram noted that House #56 is a vacant lot and, if developed in the fixture, <br /> would need to be on Town Water. <br /> Variance: 92 Cayuga Avenue <br /> Applicant is requesting a variance for 92 Cayuga Avenue. Applicant is <br /> requesting a variance of 44' from the proposed soil absorption system to the <br /> well servicing house #96 and a variance of 17' from the proposed soil absorption <br /> system to the well servicing house #83. <br /> The proposed soil absorption system will be 106' (150' required/44'variance) <br /> from the well servicing house #96 and 133' (150' required/17' variance) from <br /> the well servicing house #83. <br /> Mr. Cram made a motion to grant the Variance Requests as noted above for 57 <br /> Uncle Percy's Road. Motion seconded by Mr. Doherty. Motion Passed. <br /> NEW BUSINESS <br /> 160 Algonquin <br /> Mr. McQuaid commented that 160 Algonquin has a denitrification system <br /> installed. He added that the last request of the Board of Health was to have an <br /> ultra-violet added. Mr. McQuaid stated that they have added the ultra-violet. <br /> i <br />
