Ball, John T. Doherty, L. Glenn Santos, Elias A. McQuaid <br /> and Veronica A. Warden <br /> THE TAPE IS NOT PART OF THE MEETING; IT IS FOR THE PURPOSE OF <br /> TRANSCRIPTION ONLY. <br /> Mr. Steven R. Ball., Chairman <br /> 1. SiM warrants. Warrants signed. <br /> 2. Approve Minutes of May 4, 2000 & May 11, 2000 meetings <br /> Mr. Doherty motioned to approve the minutes of May 4, 2000. Mr. Ball <br /> seconded the motion. Motion passed. <br /> Mr. Santos motioned to approve the minutes of May 11, 2000. Mr. Doherty <br /> seconded the motion. Motion passed. <br /> 3. May Pond VOC test results <br /> Mr. McQuaid noted that there were no traces of contamination found including <br /> EDP and TCE. <br /> Board acknowledged. <br /> 4. Proposed SEMASS Contract Amendment <br /> Board acknowledged. <br /> 5. Letter from Children's Museum re: well &"septic <br /> Mr. McQuaid stated that earlier this year he was made aware of the Cape Cod <br /> Children's Museum moving into their new location at 577 Great Neck Road <br /> South (formerly the old chapel). They submitted a partial inspection form for <br /> the septic system. He told them he was concerned that it wasn't a complete <br /> inspection and that it wasn't connected to Town Water. The Museum location <br /> is temporary; they are planning on moving to Mashpee Commons within the <br /> next two years. A full inspection was then done in Mr. McQuaid's presence, <br /> which he is comfortable with. They have agreed to connect to town water. <br /> Board acknowledged. <br /> 6. Com laint re: transfer station fees <br /> On May 22, 2000 a Sandwich resident brought two loads to the transfer station <br /> because the Sandwich transfer station was closed. He stated that he was <br /> charged $20.00 for a load of"demo" (picket fence) and then another $20.00 for <br />
