Warrants signed. <br /> 2. Approve Minutes of June 15, 2000 meeting <br /> Mr. Doherty motioned to approve the minutes of the June 15, 2000 meeting. <br /> Mr. Santos seconded the motion. Motion passed. <br /> 3. Letter from Cape Cod Commission & draft regulation (for review <br /> Board acknowledged and recommended reviewing information for a period of <br /> three weeks. <br /> 4. Copies of memos to Board of Selectmen re: Human Services Job Description <br /> and Solid Waste Oversight <br /> a. Human Services Job Description <br /> Mr. Doherty stated that he felt the job description change by the Board of <br /> Selectmen was too ambiguous and that he was unwilling to approve it as is. <br /> Mr. Doherty motioned to make the following change in the Human Services <br /> Job Description: on page one "subject to collective bargaining agreements as <br /> negotiated with the Board of Selectmen" and on page 2 "Board of Health" not <br /> "other agencies". Mr. Santos seconded the motion. Motion passed. <br /> b. Solid Waste Oversi ht <br /> Board acknowledged. <br /> 5. Variance requests: <br /> 121 123 Summersea Road <br /> Mr. McQuaid explained that the applicant is requesting an opinion on the <br /> possibility to build a four-bedroom home on lots 69 and 70 Summersea Road. <br /> Previously each lot was approved for a three-bedroom home. Due to the <br /> ownership being contiguous on the lots, they were combined into one lot. Each <br /> lot is less than 10,000 square feet and in the Zone II area. Today, a four- <br /> bedroom house would not be approved due to the size of the lot. However, he <br /> had previously been authorized to build two 3-bedroom homes on the two <br /> separate lots. <br />
