r <br /> TOWN OF MASHPEE <br /> BOARD OF HEALTH <br /> August.3, 2000 <br /> Meeting was called to order at 7:10 p.m. <br /> Members present: Steven R. Ball, L. Glenn Santos, and Elias A. McQuaid <br /> THE TAPE IS NOT PART OF THE MEETING; IT IS FOR THE PURPOSE OF <br /> TRANSCRIPTION ONLY. <br /> Mr. Steven R. Ball, Chairman <br /> I. Sign warrants. Warrants signed. <br /> 2. Approve Minutes of June 22 June 29 July 6 July 20 2000 meetings <br /> Approval of all minutes except July 6, 2000 was postponed until all Board <br /> members are present. <br /> Mr. Santos motioned to approve the minutes of July 6, 2000. Mr. Ball <br /> seconded the motion. Motion passed. <br /> 3. October Town Meeting Article and E lanation <br /> Board acknowledged. <br /> 4. Semass Amendment Recommendation <br /> Board acknowledged. <br /> 5. Appointment of Human Services and Recycling Committee members <br /> Board members forwarded their signatures to the appointment forms. <br /> 6. Request to rescind deed restriction at 225 Monomoscoy Road <br /> Mr. McQuaid explained that the septic system at 225 Monomoscoy Road failed <br /> and needed to be upgraded years ago. At that time the setback of 100' from the <br /> system to the neighbors well couldn't be met, therefore the Board required a <br /> deed restriction stating that no increase in living space would be allowed until <br /> the neighbor hooked up to town water. Mr. Daniele, the owner of 225 <br /> Monomoscoy Road, submitted a written request to the Board to rescind the <br /> deed restriction now that the neighbor has hooked up to town water. <br /> Mr. Santos motioned to rescind the deed restriction at 225 Monomoscoy Road. <br /> Mr. Ball seconded the motion. Motion passed. <br /> APPOINTMENT: Earth Tech re: New Seabury TemporM Clubhouse <br /> Mr. Kevin Klein of Earth Tech was in attendance for this scheduled appointment. <br />
