Glenn Santos, and Veronica A. <br /> Warden <br /> THE TAPE IS NOT PART OF THE MEETING; IT IS FOR THE PURPOSE OF <br /> TRANSCRIPTION ONLY. <br /> Mr. Steven R. Ball, Chairman <br /> 1. Sign warrants. Warrants signed. <br /> 2. Approve Minutes of June 22, 2000 meeting <br /> Mr. Santos motioned to approve the minutes of the June 22, 2000 meeting. Mr. <br /> Doherty seconded the motion. Motion passed. <br /> Approve Minutes of June 29, 2000 meeting <br /> Mr. Santos motioned to approve the minutes of the June 29, 2000 meeting. Mr. <br /> Doherty seconded the motion. Motion passed. <br /> Approve Minutes of July 20, 2000 meeting <br /> Mr. Santos motioned to approve the minutes of the July 20, 2000 meeting. Mr. <br /> Doherty seconded the motion. Motion passed. <br /> Approve minutes of August 3 2000 meetin <br /> Mr. Santos motioned to approve the minutes of the August 3, 2000 meeting. <br /> Mr. Doherty seconded the motion. Motion passed. <br /> 3. New Seabury Wastewater Treatment Plant Draft Permit <br /> This agenda item was continued until the next scheduled meeting of the Board <br /> of Health. <br /> i <br /> 4. Letter from CCRTCP re: sales and new sionage <br /> Ms. Warden stated that the Cape Cod Regional Tobacco Control Program had <br /> performed a compliance check in Mashpee recently. Three businesses failed <br /> the compliance check by selling cigarettes to a 16-year old. None of these <br /> businesses are repeat offenders. <br /> Mr. Doherty motioned to send a letter to the three businesses reminding them <br /> of the conditions of their permits and that any further violations may be subject <br /> to revocation or review. Mr. Santos seconded the motion. Motion passed. <br /> i <br />
