MINUTES August 10, 2000 2 BOARD OF HEALTH <br /> APPOINTMENT: Richard Olsen re: Buildability of lots of Ninigret/Canonchet <br /> Mr. Richard Olsen was in attendance for this scheduled appointment. <br /> Mr. Olsen stated that his family owns three parcels on Ninigret and Canonchet <br /> Avenues in Mashpee. In the future the family would like to build a house on these <br /> lots. There is currently a home on 145 Ninigret Avenue, one of the family's lots. The <br /> lots have.square footages of 7500, 5000, and 8200. These properties are in the Zone II <br /> area which restricts the properties to one bedroom per 10,000 square feet. The family <br /> was not aware of the changes to Title V, which are now restricting these lots. <br /> Mr. Olson further stated that he is not interested in building for a few years and that <br /> when he does he would want to put a septic system across the street from Lot 109 <br /> where the three-bedroom house is proposed. <br /> Ms. Warden reminded the Board members and Mr. Olsen that any variance to Title V <br /> j would require DEP concurrence. <br /> Board members stated that no decision would be made at this time and that the Board <br /> and Health Agents will review his request. <br /> 5. Commercial septic system -- Half Tide Marina <br /> This agenda item was continued until the next scheduled meeting of the Board <br /> of Health. <br /> 6. Revised plans -- 17 and 23 Alma Road <br /> This agenda item was continued due to incomplete information. <br /> 7. Emergency Failure Certification <br /> 587 Route 130 <br /> Ms. Warden indicated that the leach pit was full and that a new 6x8 pit and d- <br /> box should be installed per the plan on file. <br /> Board members forwarded their signatures to the Emergency Failure <br /> Certification form. <br /> 8. _Meeting announcement MMR Clean-up 8/15100 <br /> Board acknowledged. <br /> APPOINTMENT: Russo/Mills/Doyle re: 64 Algonquin/Canal Auto Bow <br /> Mr. Chuck Russo of Canal Auto Body, Attorney Rob Mills and Engineer William <br /> Lieberman were in attendance for this scheduled appointment. <br /> Mr. Lieberman stated that the plans have been revised to provide for a septic system <br /> with a flow of 528 gallons per day, which would not require any variances from the <br /> Board of Health. He further stated that two buildings are planned for with 23 <br /> employees even though the system can accommodate up to 35 employees. <br />
