Doherty, L. Glenn Santos, Elias A. McQuaid <br /> and Veronica A. Warden <br /> THE TAPE IS NOT PART OF THE MEETING; IT IS FOR THE PURPOSE OF <br /> TRANSCRIPTION ONLY. <br /> Mr. Steven R. Ball, Chairman <br /> 1. Sign warrants. Warrants signed. <br /> 2. Definitive subdivision plan -- Shellback Way Realty Trust <br /> Board acknowledged. <br /> 3. Application for Massaize Facility -- Body, Mind & Spirit Wellness Center <br /> Ms. Warden stated that the owner of the Body, Mind & Spirit Wellness Center <br /> wants to have a massage facility license. Mr. McQuaid inspected the center and <br /> hdd concerns regarding the second form of egress and the lack of smoke <br /> detectors. There is a question as to whether this facility was licensed in the <br /> past and let their license lapse. The fire department does not have a problem <br /> with the lack of egress due to the small size of the facility. Mr. McQuaid stated <br /> that he has definite concerns about these issues. <br /> Mr. Doherty motioned to deny the applicant's request for massage facility <br /> license based on the lack of smoke detectors and the lack of a second form of <br /> egress. Mr. Santos seconded the motion. Motion to deny passed. <br /> 4. Revised plans -- 798 Shore Drive West <br /> The applicant is requesting approval for revised plans for 798 Shore Drive West. <br /> The existing cottage is to be demolished and a new 3-bedroom home to be built. <br /> Plans were previously approved; this plan shows a repositioned Title V septic <br /> system. <br /> Mr. Doherty motioned to approve the revised plans for 798 Shore Drive West <br /> with the stipulation that the engineer puts a note on the plan showing that the <br /> existing cottage will be demolished. Mr. Santos seconded the motion. Motion <br /> passed. <br /> APPOINTMENT: Mark Dedecka Harbor Homes re: 110 De ass Road lot <br /> reconfiguration) <br /> Mr. Mark Dedecko of Harbor Homes and Mr. Jack Creaven of Realty Executives were <br /> in attendance for this scheduled appointment. <br />
