McQuaid and Veronica A. <br /> Warden <br /> THE TAPE IS NOT PART OF THE MEETING; IT IS FOR THE PURPOSE OF <br /> TRANSCRIPTION ONLY, <br /> Mr. Steven R. Ball, Chairman <br /> 1. Sign warrants. Warrants signed. <br /> 2. Approve Minutes of August 31, September 7 & 21 meeting <br /> No minutes were approved due to the lack of a full Board. <br /> 3. Sticker fee waiver re uest <br /> Resident Eda Flate of 17 Little Neck Lane submitted a letter requesting the <br /> Board waive the fee for a replacement sticker for her new vehicle. She stated <br /> that she couldn't get the sticker off the windshield and that the didn't see the <br /> wording on the application stating that the would have to pay a $5.00 fee for a <br /> replacement sticker. <br /> Mr. Doherty motioned to deny the replacement sticker fee request submitted by <br /> Eda Flate. Mr. Ball seconded the motion. Motion to deny passed. <br /> 4. Letter from Attorney Kirrane re: 831 Shore Drive (Maushop Village) <br /> A letter was submitted by attorney Elizabeth McNichols on behalf of Kenneth <br /> and Beth Barr of 831 Shore Drive, Mashpee. Mr. & Mrs. Barr are requesting <br /> that the Board take action to have Bortolotti Construction move the leaching <br /> field further onto their property. The system was repaired prior to the Barr's <br /> purchasing the property and part of the leach field extends into a dirt roadway. <br /> Discussion took place by Board members regarding the emergency repair of the <br /> system and the location of the leaching facility. <br /> Mr. Doherty stated that the information was available to the Barr's when they <br /> purchased the home and that he was not in favor of taking any action at this <br /> time. <br /> i <br /> Mr. Doherty motioned to take no action due to the fact that the system is in <br /> compliance. Mr. Ball seconded the motion. Motion passed. <br />
