Glenn Santos and Veronica A. <br /> Warden <br /> THE TAPE IS NOT PART OF THE MEETING; IT IS FOR THE PURPOSE OF <br /> TRANSCRIPTION ONLY. <br /> Mr. Steven R. Ball, Chairman <br /> 1. Sign warrants. Warrants signed. <br /> APPOINTMENT: Jason Stone re: 44 Little Neck Lane <br /> Mr. Scott Goldstein was in attendance for this scheduled appointment. <br /> Mr. Goldstein indicated that the house currently has three bedrooms but that the <br /> owner of the house wanted an office in the basement. The Board had previously <br /> approved the office in the basement as long as the wall shown on the plan to enclose <br /> the office was eliminated. Mr. Goldstein built the wall anyway with a 5' opening and <br /> no closets. He made the office as small as he could and noted that the room has no <br /> privacy as the stairs go right up into the main house with no doors. <br /> Mr. Doherty motioned to rescind the Board's vote of April 6, 2000 requiring that the <br /> basement office wall shown on the plan for 44 Little Neck Lane be eliminated. Mr. <br /> Santos seconded the motion. Motion passed. <br /> Mr. Doherty further motioned to accept the plans as submitted delineating a basement <br /> office with no doors and no privacy. Mr. Santos seconded the motion. Motion passed. <br /> 2. Request for 2001 Tanning Salon License with 2001 fee extension <br /> Ms. Warden stated that she had performed a pre-opening inspection of the Sun <br /> Sational Tanning Salon on Route 151 in Mashpee. The owner is requesting that <br /> the fee for the remainder of 2000 be incorporated into the 2001 license fee. <br /> Mr. Doherty motioned to approve the incorporation of the 2000 license fee into <br /> the 2001 license fee for Sun Sational Tanning. Mr. Santos seconded the <br /> motion. Motion passed. <br /> 3. Request for "General Approval" for FAST system and temporary Certificate of <br /> Occupancy - 28 Jones Road <br /> Mr. Mark Dedecko was in attendance for this agenda item. <br /> Ms. Warden stated, "What happened here is that Mr. Dedecko came in and was <br /> questioning a few things about the FAST system and it came to our attention <br />
