Ball, John T. Doherty, L. Glenn Santos and Veronica A. <br /> Warden <br /> THE TAPE IS NOT PART OF THE MEETING; IT IS FOR THE PURPOSE OF <br /> TRANSCRIPTION ONLY. <br /> Mr. Steven R. Ball, Chairman <br /> 1. Sim warrants. Warrants signed. <br /> Discussion re: Peckham Electric invoice <br /> Discussion took place regarding the invoice from Peckham Electric for the installation <br /> of the waste oil heater. Board members agreed that a letter should be sent to them <br /> requesting that they appear before the Board to explain the invoice. No payments will <br /> be made until after that meeting. <br /> 2. Approve Minutes of October 26, 2000 meetings <br /> Mr. Santos motioned to approve the minutes of October 26, 2000. Mr. Ball <br /> seconded the motion. Motion passed. <br /> Approve Minutes of November 2, 2000 meeting <br /> Mr. Santos motioned to approve the minutes of November 2, 2000. Mr. Doherty <br /> seconded the motion. Motion passed. <br /> 3. Letter from Weston & Sampson re: FY `02 Landfill Engineeriniz Services and <br /> Letter of Understandin <br /> Discussion took place regarding Weston and Sampson's engineering services <br /> and proposed fees. Mr. Doherty suggested that the Board contact Green Seal <br /> Environmental for them to submit a proposal to the Board for similar <br /> engineering services. Ms. Warden will contact Green Seal to ask if they would <br /> be interested in submitting a proposal. <br /> 4. Request for 12erc test extension - 6 Crosstree Wa <br /> Mr. John Slavinsky of Cape & Islands Engineering was in attendance for <br /> discussion of this agenda item. <br /> The applicant is requesting an extension on the perc test performed on October <br /> 2, 1997 at 6 Crosstree Way. <br /> Mr. Slavinsky indicated that the system was repaired and now a drywell needs <br /> to be added to the leaching system as the owner is proposing to tear down the <br />
