The <br /> Conservation Commission has requested a relocation of the septic <br /> system in order to provide a twenty (20 ft . ) foot separation from <br /> the foundation. <br /> John Doherty suggested the septic system be moved by one <br /> (1 'ft . ) foot closer onto the property in order to avoid the need <br /> for a side line variance; to which all. Board Members agreed. <br /> Veronica Warden made reference to the fast system, as well <br /> as to new properties in Zone II requiring state approval. Warden that his medical doctor has suggested the Town <br /> bleach/wash the walls within the Conservation office. <br /> Ms. Warden reported that a test for mold has not been <br /> preformed in this space; humidity and ventilation tests have <br /> been conducted. <br /> The Chairman suggested the Board of Health Department be <br /> provided with a copy of the doctor s written report, which has <br /> been forwarded to Mr. Whritenour, for the record.
