Michael <br /> Hanlon of Weston & Sampson has raised the issue of fencing to <br /> the Committee and prior to making a, decision, members wanted <br /> to have a recommendation of the Joard of Health. <br /> At issue is the following : <br /> 1 . Whether there should be a fence around the <br /> perimeter of the transfer station and, if so, what type . <br /> ? . Whether there should be a fence between the <br /> landfill and the transfer station and, ,if so, Meat type . <br /> Charles Buckingham, chairman of the building committee, is <br /> preparers to meet with the Board of Health to discuss these <br /> issues . <br /> For your information, the next meeting of the building <br /> committee is 3 p . m . , Thursday, April b, 1989 at the <br /> conference room in the Public Works Building . <br />
