15 <br /> <br />Board of Selectmen <br />Minutes <br />January 28, 2013 <br /> <br />NEW BUSINESS: <br /> <br />Set Fee for General On-Premises Liquor License: <br /> <br />It was disclosed the Board of Selectmen has received an application for a General <br />On-Premises Wine & Malt License. The hearing is scheduled for Monday, <br />February 4, 2013. It is necessary for the Board of Selectmen to set a fee as the <br />current Fee Schedule does not include this type of license. A schedule of <br />proposed General On-Premise, No Food license fees was presented to the <br />Selectmen for review. <br /> <br />Motion made by Selectman Cahalane to set the General On-Premise, No <br />Food Wine & Malt Beverage Fee as follows: Annual $1,300, and Seasonal <br />$1,000. <br />Motion seconded by Selectman Taylor. <br />VOTE: Unanimous. 5-0. <br /> <br />Roll Call Vote: <br /> Selectman Richardson, yes Selectman Sherman, yes <br /> Selectman Taylor, yes Selectman Cahalane, yes <br /> Selectman O’Hara, yes Opposed, none <br /> <br />Request from Verizon and NSTAR – License to Allow Aerial Crossing from Pole <br />4/1 Main Street to #389 Main Street: <br /> <br />Correspondence was received from Verizon New England, Inc. and NSTAR <br />Electric dated January 17, 2013 requesting the Selectmen permit an aerial <br />crossing on Main Street, Mashpee as referenced above. The location of the <br />intended work was show as Exhibit A on the attached map. <br /> <br />Motion made by Selectman Taylor to approve the license request of Verizon <br />and NSTAR to permit an aerial crossing from pole 4/1 Main Street to #389 <br />Main Street in the Town of Mashpee. <br />Motion seconded by Selectman Cahalane. <br />VOTE: Unanimous. 5-0. <br /> <br />Roll Call Vote: <br /> Selectman Richardson, yes Selectman Sherman, yes <br /> Selectman Taylor, yes Selectman Cahalane, yes <br /> Selectman O’Hara, yes Opposed, none <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />
