THE TAPES WILL BE <br /> REUSED ONCE THE MINUTES ARE APPROVED. <br /> Members Present: Tom Potts, Nelson Andrews, Robert Govoni, Steven Innis, Ted <br /> Lewis, Jamie Regan, and Sidney Stern <br /> Members Not Present: Paul Reynolds <br /> MINUTES Tom Potts motioned to accept Minutes of June 14. Motion was <br /> seconded, committee voted 7-0 to accept. <br /> Sid Stern wanted the record to show that he did not receive the packet of <br /> information mailed to him, which included the agenda (attached herewith) for <br /> tonight's meeting. The packet containing the Minutes of June 14, and the corrected <br /> version of March 22 Minutes, arrived late. The packet was addressed incorrectly, <br /> sent to the wrong address, then forwarded to him, causing this delay. <br /> CURRENT BUSINESS <br /> Tom Potts wanted all current and new members of this committee included in the <br /> discussions of today's meeting in order to affect a smooth transition for this <br /> committee and suggested that the current projects (guide book, garden project, <br /> 1 <br />{ <br />
