Sitm warrants. Warrants signed. <br /> APPOINTMENT: Cape & Islands Eneineering re: 172 Daniels Island Road (for <br /> discussion only) <br /> Mr. John Slavinsky of Cape & Islands Engineering was in attendance for this <br /> scheduled appointment. <br /> Mr. Slavinsky stated that his client wants to add onto his house, however the leaching <br /> pit is sitting in groundwater and the septic tank is about 12' from a wetland. Mr. <br /> Slavinsky further indicated that the homeowner does not want to add any additional <br /> bedrooms, but wants to add "mostly a garage". Mr. Slavinsky is looking for some <br /> guidance from the Board. The lot is very small, with a significant amount being a <br /> wetland area. <br /> Board members notified Mr. Slavinsky that they would condition approval to require a <br /> microfast unit, an ultra-violet light and no additional bedrooms. No motions were <br /> made on this agenda item at this time since it was for discussion purposes only. <br /> 2. Approve Minutes of February 1, 2001 meeting <br /> The minutes were held until a full Board is present. <br /> 3. Variance request: 73 Lakewood Drive <br /> Applicant is requesting a variance of 13' from the proposed soil absorption <br /> system to the well of house #2, a variance of 5' from the proposed soil <br /> absorption system to the well of house #3, a variance of 26' from the proposed <br /> soil absorption system reserve to the well of house #2 and a variance of 18' from <br /> the proposed soil absorption system reserve to the well of house #3. <br /> Mr. Santos motioned to grant the variances as outlined in a cover letter from <br /> Cape & Islands Engineering dated March 12, 2001. Mr. Ball seconded the <br /> motion. Motion passed. <br /> 4. Cape Cod Commission Public Hearing Notice for "Jurisdictional Determination" <br /> New Seabury Development <br /> Board acknowledged. <br />
