Paul Andrews made a motion that the Board of Assessors <br />Public Session minutes from the meeting of 2/25/15 be approved as presented. Sheldon <br />Holzer seconded the motion. The motion was unanimously approved. <br />• BOA Executive Session — 2/25/15. Paul Andrews made a motion that the Board of Assessors <br />Public Session minutes from the meeting of 2/25/15 be approved as presented. Sheldon <br />Holzer seconded the motion. The motion was unanimously approved. <br />Paul Andrews made a motion that the Board of Assessors move into Executive Session, to comply <br />with the provisions of a General Law, the Specific Law being MGL. Ch. 59, Sec. 60, thereafter to <br />reconvene to Public Session. Sheldon Holzer seconded the motion. Roll Call Vote: Paul Andrews, <br />yes; Sheldon Holzer, yes; Gregg Fraser, yes. The motion was unanimously approved. The Public <br />Session adjourned at 6:02 PM. <br />At 6:06 the Board of Assessors Public Session reconvened. <br />Sheldon Holzer made a motion that the Board of Assessors grant as recommended the 47 (forty- <br />seven) Personal Property Real Estate exemption applications listed in Report # E- 03252015-G, <br />beginning with the name Ahern, Robert B Sr. & Linda N., and ending with the name Zadie, Paul J., <br />using signature stamps. Paul Andrews seconded the motion. The motion was unanimously approved. <br />Sheldon Holzer made a motion that the Board of Assessors grant as recommended the 9 (nine) Real <br />Estate Abatement applications listed in Report # Re= ,03252015-G, beginning with the name Shaw, <br />Elizabeth, and ending with the name Allen, Robert & Priscilla B., using signature stamps. Paul <br />Andrews seconded the motion. The motion was unanimously approved. <br />Sheldon Holzer made a motion that the Board of Assessors deny approval as recommended the 11 <br />(eleven) Real Estate abatement applications listed in Report # RE -0325-2015-D, beginning with the <br />
