Stevens <br />Paul Andrews, Clerk Marilyn Stevens <br />CALL TO ORDER <br />Chairman Gregg Fraser called the meeting to order at 6:11 PM. <br />PUBLIC COMMENT — Charles E. Stevens. <br />Mr. Stevens introduced himself to the Board and stated his interest in attending the meeting in support <br />of Edward Allen, 52 Seconsett Point Road, in Mr. Allen's application for a real estate property <br />abatement. Mr. Allen's application states that his property is overvalued and is classified with the <br />wrong neighborhood adjustment. Mr. Stevens also inquired about the committed assessment, the <br />abated amount and final assessment after adjustment of several other properties on Seconsett Point <br />Road. <br />OLD BUSINESS <br />• Approval of Minutes: BOA Public Session, 1/21/15. <br />Paul Andrews made a motion that the minutes from the Public Session on1/21/15 be approved as <br />presented. Sheldon Holzer seconded the motion. The motion was unanimously approved. <br />• Approval of Minutes: BOA Executve Session, 1/21/15. <br />Paul Andrews made a motion that the minutes from the Executive Session on 1/21/15 be approved as <br />presented. Sheldon Holzer seconded the motion. The motion was unanimously approved. <br />Paul Andrews made a motion that the Board of Assessors move into Executive Session, to comply <br />with the provisions of a General Law, the Specific Law being MGL. Ch. 59 Sec. 60. thereafter to <br />reconvene to Public Session. Sheldon Holzer seconded the motion. ROLL CALL VOTE: Paul <br />Andrews, yes; Sheldon Holzer, yes; Gregg Fraser, yes. The motion was unanimously approved. <br />The meeting was adjourned at 6:14 PM. <br />The meeting returned to Public Session at 6:25 PM. <br />Paul Andrews made a motion that the Board of Assessors deny the 22 Real Estate abatement <br />applications listed in Report # RE 02252015-D, using the Board signature stamps, beginning with the <br />name Brooks,Jr., Thomas W and ending with the name Rutkowski, Janice D. Tr. Sheldon Holzer <br />seconded the motion. The motion was unanimously approved. <br />Paul Andrews made a motion that the Board of Assessors deny the Personal Property abatement <br />application from Mashpee Care & Rehab. Center, Mashpee Healthcare LLC, listed in Report # PP <br />02252015-D. Sheldon Holzer seconded the motion. The motion was unanimously approved. <br />
