' CONSERVATION BOARD MEETING
September 17, 1980
Present:
Kenneth J. Pecci, Chairman
Pauline F. DeLory, Vice Chairman
Charles Buckingham
Wayne Tavares
Re: Sanchez Lot
Attorney Dick Duban and Jim Milano came before the Board to see if Mr. Milano needed to
file on the lot that he purchased from the Sanchez's.
Atty. Duban: The initial question is: Does the revision of the lot line and the re-
definition of the shape of the house require a new application? Presumably it does be-
cause the Order of Conditions says that the house was to be built in accordance with the
plans submitted to ,you.
Ken: Is that deck still going on?
Jim Milano: Shows the plan. The house, in scuare footage, is smaller than the one the
Sanchez 's had on the plan only they have an eight foot "T" off the back. The deck goes
around. So it will stay, but they will delete it if it comes tonclose to the water.
It is not going any closer to the water than the outline of the deck now.
Charles: Are the septics going, to remain the same?
Jim ilano: Right, they are going to remain the same. I will have it redrawn by an
engineer but I wanted to get .your opinion first.
Charles: Basically, you are not changing it more than a few feet.
Jim Milano: We are coming towards the street another four feet but we are still within
the guidelines here of the deck and I am going out eight feet towards this lot line.
The roadway goes off on an angle. I don't know how good this scale is; but I would say
within 95 feet,
Charles: The road is up to the Building Inspector.
Ken: Do they have to re-file?
Pauline: I don't think they have to file. What do you think Charlie?
Charles: To me the pertinent thing is as long as the septics are not disturbed. The
notation that we made was that the leaching area is to be 75 feet from the water lines.
As long as that is carried out and it comes into Title V. I don't think you would have
to file because you are not that much out of the original frame.
he vote is unanimous that it is not necessary to re-file.
euline: Just make sure that you post your DEQE number.
en: Will you send us a copy of that revised plan?
im Milano: I will. When I get it, 'I will bring it ri,r;ht in.
