Mr. Detschel seconded the <br /> motion. All voted unanimously. <br /> Mashpee village Renovation Plan Phase H, The Community Builders . <br /> Jing Perrine, of The Community Builders, was present to discuss the Mashpee Village renovation <br /> plans. fit-. Perrine expressed his appreciation to the town of Mashpee for providing funding assistance <br /> in the amount of$91,000 from CPA finds to assist with Phase I of the Mashpee Village renovation. <br /> Mr. Perrine stated that Mashpee Village had 145 apartments, including 35 single family homes 3- <br /> bed rooms) with the remaining located in two-story buildings of 8 units each. The units are rentals and <br /> 90% are affordable. The Community Builders has managed and owned the property for many gears <br /> and Mr. Perrine noted that, due to the affordable nature of the units, funds have been limited for <br /> renovations. Sources have been acquired from a variety of state sources and in particular, they have <br /> recently applied for a low income housing tax credit. <br /> Mr. Perrone reported that in the 2009 Phase I renovation plans, exteriors of the buildings were updated <br /> with new windows and new siding. Additionally, the interiors of the single family homes were <br /> updated with new furnaces, kitchens and bathrooms. It is now necessary to replace the roofs and <br /> update the interi <br />
