BAILEY, DIREC'T'OR OF ASSESSING <br /> The regular meeting was called to order by Chairman Greig at <br /> : o p. . <br /> MINUTES OF THE MEETINGS <br /> Minutes of The Meeting of December 28 , 1993 <br /> Board Members reviewed The Minutes at length. There was no <br /> discussion; there were no corrections nor revisions . <br /> Kenneth Porter made motion The Board accept The Minutes of <br /> The Meeting of December 28, 1993 as printed; Robert DeLory made <br /> second the motion; motion passed; unanimous decision. The <br /> Minutes were accepted by The Board* <br /> ir <br /> Minutes of The Meeting of January 4 , 1994 <br /> Vice Chairman Porter referred to Page 4 . Lust Paragraph, <br /> Last Sentence regarding unbuildable properties. He questioned <br /> the validity of the data to be supplied, and if previous data <br /> exists . Chairman Greig informed that he has thoroughly reviewed <br /> his list of "U" Properties , which were orally validated by The <br /> Building Inspector. Mr, Porter stated that The Board has found <br /> many properties buildable, which The Building Inspector had <br /> declared otherwise by submitting documentation which proved <br /> faulty. <br /> Chairman Greig informed that The Inspector has a <br /> communication from Town Counsel ; David Bailey will request Susan <br /> to screen The List of "U" Properties" . especially for contiguous <br /> ownership, which will be submitted to The Building Inspector for <br /> his written validity i.e. buildable - non buildable. The list is <br /> massive; he may never be able to go through all of properties . i <br /> Mr . Bailey agreed this procedure is all that can transpire at <br /> present. Lengthy discussion followed. <br /> Chairman Greig expressed opinion The Board has authority to <br /> argue any of The Building Inspector ' s judgments. David Bailey <br /> pointed out the list consists of 18 pages ; many properties are <br /> Open Space and many are Town Owned. He recommended that the List <br /> be reviewed for contiguous lots, many of which are Marshland; <br /> then, male a separate list of these findings and submit it to The <br /> Inspector. Vince Chairman Porter expressed agreement. <br />
