MAS PEE BOARD of ASSESSORS MINUTES OF FEBRUARY 2 2 , 1994 PRESENT: LESLIE M. GREIGr CHAIRMAN KENNETH A. PORTER,, VICE CHAIRMAN ROBERT R, DELor CLERK ABSENT: DAVID A. BAILEY, DIRECTOR of ASSESSING The regular meeting was called to order by Chairman Greig at : o 0 p.m. r Chairman Greig announced that David Bailey was not present at this evening ' s meeting; he was on vacation. MINUTES of THE MEETINGS: Minutes of The Meeting of January 11 , 1994 Robert DeLo.ry pointed out that These Minutes basically concern the Sea Mist Condominium x' 1 93 ATB case. short discussion followed. Chairman Greig informed that David Bailey has a letter for The Board ' s review and approval before it i mailed; also, a meeting to further discuss this matter has been scheduled for January 17 at 9 ; 00 a.m. Kenneth Porter made motion The Board accept The Minutes o The Meeting of January 11. , 1994 as printed and as discussed; Robert DeLory made second the motion; motion passed; unanimous decision. The Minutes were accepted by The Board. NEW BUSINESS: Employee of The Quarter. - a Memo from Personnel Chairman Greig informed that the memo has been sent to all departments stating that selection of Employee of The Month has been chanced to a quarterly selection. Each department ' s information on its nominee must be submitted 15 days prior to the award. Mr, Greig asked Board Members if they wished to submit an Assessing Department Employee as nominee for the next quarterly a v axd. ' Robert DeLoary suggested Ms . Denise Sullivan as his choice nominee ; dice Chairman Porter and Chairman Greig expressed agreement, Chairman Greig informed that their nominee selection may cause a small problem. He expressed opinion that the last evaluation report on Denise made by David Bailey may not have
