The revised pages of The Minutes <br /> were accepted by The Board. <br /> Minutes of The Meeting of May 1 , 1994 <br /> Vice Chairman DeLory referred to Page 1 , Commercial Personal <br /> Property. Upon question concerning a laid by Patriot Properties , <br /> David Bailey informed that he is sending' a proposed RFP to Town <br /> Counsel to review as well as asking what the feeling is about <br /> accepting bids without a formai. proposal but just the contract; <br /> he will await a reply. He then will send the bidders either the <br /> RFP or a contract - he will not use telephone bids . <br /> Leslie Greig asked who the other ad3oining towns use for <br /> Commercial Personal Property. David Bailey informed that <br /> Sandwich and Barnstable do there own. Upon suggestion from Mr. <br /> Greig, Mr. Bailey agreed to contact the Town of Sandwich <br /> Assessing to see if someone may accept ' an invitation to bid. <br /> Board Members expressed agreement. Lengthy discussion followed <br /> concerning the small kinds of businesses that exist in Mashpee <br /> compared to some large "off-Cape" cities. <br /> Leslie Greig made motion The Board accept The Minutes of The <br /> Meeting of May, 1 , 1994 as printed; Robert DeLory made second the <br /> motion; motion passed; unanimous decision.
