s 3 v w NOTE: The Mashp a Board of Assessors did not hold a Regular Board Meeting on Tuesday, July 19 , 1994 , I MASHPEE BOARD OF ASESSSORS MINUTES OF JULY 26l 1994 PRESENT: KENNETH A. PORTER, CHAIRMAN ROBERT R. DeLOR , NICE CHAIRMAN LESLIE M. CREIO, CLERK DAVID A. BAILEY, DIRECTOR OF ASSESSING The regular meeting was called to order by Chairman Porten at 7 : 00 p.m. The regular Board Meeting was preceded by a lengthy meeting with all Board Members , David Bailey, and key members of Read. Estate Research Consultants , Inc. (RRC) ,, o Dart ers , MA: Brian J. Pelletier, slice President; Christopher Natale, Director o Commercial Personal Property; and Stephan Drake, Project Supervisor. The meeting with RRC Members , which ended at .r . , was in regard to the Personal Property Appraisal Contract with the Town of Mashee; the contract was reviewed and discussed at length. NEW/OLD BUSINESS Acceptance of RRC ' s Personal Property Appraisal Contract with the Town of Mashee Chairman Porter announced that The Board of Assessors has agreed to accept the contract submitted by Real Estate Research Consultants , Inc. (Copy of contract is attached to These Minutes . ) Each Assessor has signed the *contract; the contract will be signed by the President of RRC and returned immediately to the Mashee Board of Assessors . RRC anticipates starting Its survey at a.m. tomorrow Wednesday, July 27th.
