PORTER, CHAIRMAN <br /> ROBERT R. DeLORY, MICE CHAIRMAN <br /> LESLIE M. GREIG, CLERK <br /> DAVID A. BAILEY, DIRECTOR of ASSESSING <br /> The regular meeting was called to order by Chairman Porten <br /> at 6: 16 p.m. <br /> MINUTES of THE MEETINGS <br /> Minutes of The Meetin5 of November 22 , 1994 <br /> Chairman Porter referred to Pace 4 , Robert DeLory ' s Problem <br /> with a Dock on His Marsh Property; he asked David Bailer if he <br /> followed up on this issue. Mr . Bailey stated that he has a plot <br /> plan of the property but has not had a chance to re-measure, etc. <br /> He is still unsure how this matter should be handled. As he <br /> recalls , six or seven feet of it is on the neighbor ' s property, <br /> and the balance is on Mr . DeLory ' s. marshland . He will inquire of <br /> the D.O.R. how to handle this if it should be split up or <br /> employ some other method to reach a solution. <br /> Robert DeLory informed that he has researched the property <br /> line- his neighbor owns the upland only, not the marshland. Mr. <br /> DeLory ' s description refers to the upland. He stated that the <br /> beginning of the dock is placed. approximately on the property <br /> line, then projects in a straight line about 90 of the <br /> cock is on his marshland property. <br /> David Bailey expressed opinion that if he were Mr. DeLor r, <br /> he would be happy to have someone else pair the property taxes . <br /> He advised The Board that he has this matter- targeted as an open <br /> item. <br /> Leslie Greig referred -moo The Mi nute s, gage 1. , Paragraph 1 of <br /> MINUTES OF -1-HE MME 1`1'x- [united Church Village ATB Case; he <br /> stated that l tho''uc h the i tens of business that he is addressing <br /> is not common on These Minutes , he is inquiring if The Board must <br /> i vote this evening on the approval of United Church Village ' s <br /> reduction on assessment . He stated that Board Members did agree <br /> to the reduction, but he expressed opinion that a formal vote <br /> should be taken immediately. <br />
