PORTER, CHAIRMAN <br /> ROBERT R. DeLRY, VICE CHAIRMAN <br /> LESLIE M, CREIC, CLERK <br /> DAVID A. BAILEY , DIRECTOR OF ASSESSING <br /> The regular meeting was called to order by Chairman Porter <br /> t 6 : 00 p.m. <br /> MINUTES OF THE MEETINGS: <br /> Minutes of The Meeting of December 1 , 1994 <br /> Chairman Porter referred to Page 2 , Paragraph 2 , Personal <br /> Property Revaluation; he asked David Bailey the status of this <br /> matter, Tr . Bailey stated that they have done out and come back. <br /> Leslie Greig referred to Page 3 , Paragraph 5 , <br /> Re-Appointments on a Yearly Basis ; he asked David Bailey what <br /> Town Laws require yearly re'-appointments . Mr: Bailey pointed out <br /> r <br /> that he did not recall saying "Town Laws" ; he knows of State Laws <br /> that mandate yearly re-appointmerits 6f Assessing employees ; he <br /> also knows of State Laws that appoint many people on a three- <br /> year basis . <br /> Robert DeLory made motion The Board accept The Minutes of <br /> The Meeting of December 13 , 1994, as printed and as discussed, <br /> with correction as noted; Leslie Greig made second the notion; <br /> motion passed; unanimous decision. The Minutes were accepted by <br /> The Board. <br /> OLD/NEVA? BUSINESS <br /> Assessors ' Regular Meeting Schedule <br /> Vice-Chairman DeLory questioned if the Board Meeting <br /> Schedule will be changed to weedy because of the Abatement <br /> Process . Chairman Porter and Leslie Greig expressed opinion that <br /> there is no need at present to change the bi-monthly schedule to <br /> weekly; David Bailey agreed with Board Members. Mr . Greig felt <br /> that Daily Meetings may be necessary once Revaluation has begun. <br /> Mr. DeLory and Mr, Porter stated that Daily Meetings would be <br /> acceptable. <br />
