PORTER, CHAIRMAN <br /> ROBERT R. DeL R , VICE CHAIRMAN <br /> LESLIE M. GREIG, CLERK{ <br /> ABSENT : DAVID A. BAILEY , DIRECTOR OF ASSESSING <br /> The regular meeting was Called to order by Chairman Porter <br /> at 6 : 15 p.m. Nor. Porter announced that David Bailey is out sick. <br /> MINUTES OF THE MEETINGS:. <br /> minutes of The Meeting of February--14 ,- 1995 <br /> Vice Chairman DeLory referred to Page 1. , Minutes of December <br /> 1 , 1994 , Paragraph ; he questioned what specific laws David <br /> Bailey was discussing. Discussion followed, initiated by <br /> Chairman Porter, who pointed out that David Bailey left open the <br /> lags in question. Robert DeLory pointed out that Mr. Bailey i <br /> absent this evening; he stated that he will ask David Bailey what <br /> specific laws he was discussing when he returns to the office. <br /> Mr . Greig referred to Page 2 of the Minutes of February 14 , <br /> 1995 , Nis , Denise Sullivan. He informed The Board that Ms . <br /> Sullivan has received a letter through her attorney, who stated <br /> that no further action would be taken at this time. Chairman <br /> Porter initiated short discussion . He informed that Ms . Sullivan <br /> is pleased with this arrangement, and she and her sister are <br /> preparing for a trip to England the Thursday of next. week. <br /> Ms . Sullivan ' s daughter is there as an exchange student and has <br /> become homesick. The Sullivans are a very "close knit" family. <br /> Leslie Greig made motion The Board accept The Minutes of The <br /> Meeting of February 14 , 1995 , as printed and as discus sed; <br /> Robert DeLory made second the motion; motion passed; unanimous <br /> decision. The Minutes were accepted by The Board , <br /> NEW BUSINESS : <br /> New Seabury Land Parcels - Assessments <br /> Chairman Porter addressed Vice Chairman DeLory ' and <br /> pointed out that Current arrangements for these parcels of land <br /> probably ply are bothering Mr. DeLory because they have never been <br /> discussed with Board Members. <br />
