BAILEY, DIRECTOR i ASSESSING The regular meeting was called to order by Chairman DeLory at 6 : 32 p.m, MINUTES OF THE MEETINGS: Minutes of The Meeting of September 11 , _1995 Chairman DeLory referred to Page 3 , Second to Last Paragraph, Last Line. He stated that the wording "Mr , DeLory Is Marsh property was then valued at $35, 000 ; the current value is slightly higher than $20 , 000" is incorrect and should be corrected to read "the current value of the Marsh property is $2r300119 [upon question by Vice Chairman Greig concerning Page 3 , First Paragraph, Ma.shpee Commons - Commercial Revaluation , David Bailey explained that Mr. Bob Trembley ' s income data was translated into Assessing ' computer; the cards were printed out; Mr . Bailey sent Mr . Trembley the printout information which he i now reviewing. Chairman* DeLory referred to Page 4 , Paragraph 3 , Lime 3 . He pointed out that "Flagg Pond" is incorrect and should be corrected to mead "Flat Pond" . Kenneth Porter made motion The Board accept The Minutes o The Meeting of September 11 . 1995 as printed and as discussed, with the two corrections as noted; Leslie Greig made second the motion ; motion passed; unanimous decision. The Minutes were accepted by The Board. OLD/NEW BUSINESS: Stewart Bornstein batter - F1992 Assessment Increase David Bailey reviewed the particulars of this matter . He informed Board Members that last month, Mr. Bornstein asked Mr. Bailey to re-submit to Mr. Grossman of the D.O.R. his refused request under 58.8 to authorize Assessing to abate the F1992 increased assessment on his home.
