ff y I . NOTE: The- Mashpee Board of Assessors did not hold Board Meetings on the Tuesdays of Ap;:il 2r 91 16 , 23 , and o , 1996 , nor on the Tuesday of May 7 , 1996. The scheduled Regular Board Meetings of April 9 and April 23, 1996 were cancelled. MASHPEE BOARD of ASSESSORS MINUTES of MAY 141 1996 PRESENT: LESLIE M. GREIC, CHAIRMAN KENNETH A. PORTER, VICE CHAIRMAN MARCIA R. ZINC, CLERK DAVID A. BAILEY, DIRECTOR of ASSESSING The regular meeting was held in the Assessing Department ' s temporary office, a trailer located at the rear of i ashpee Town Hall , iashpee, Massachusetts . This site is being used while Town Hall is being renovated and Assessing ' s new office location is being prepared. The meeting was called to order by slice Chairman Greig at 6 : 25 p.m. Robert R. DeLory ,, former Chairman, has recently resigned after- 21 years of service with the Mashpee Board o Assessors . Ms, Marcia R. King, former Member of the Finance Committee, has been elected to serve as the Third Member of the Board of Assessors. MINUTES of THE MEETINGS : Minutes of The Meetin2 of Manch 19 , 1996. Board Members and David Bailey reviewed The Minutes, There were no corrections , nor was there any discussion. Kenneth Porter rade motion The Board accept The Minutes of The Meeting of March 19 , 1996 as printed; Leslie Greig made second the motion; motion passed; majority decision. The Minutes were accepted by The Board. Minutes of The Executive Session of March 19 , 1996 Board Members and David Bailey reviewed The Minutes. There were no corrections , nor was there any discussion.
