BAILEY, DIRECTOR OF ASSESSING <br /> The regular meeting was held in the Assessing Department ' s <br /> temporary office, a trailer located at the rear of Mashpee Town <br /> Half., Mashpee, Massachusetts. This site is being used while Town <br /> Hail is being renovated and Assessing ' s new office location is <br /> being prepared, <br /> The regular meeting was called to order by Chairman Greig at <br /> 6 : 20 p.m. <br /> MINUTES OF THE MEETINGS <br /> Minutes of The Meeting of May 28 , 1996 <br /> I <br /> Board Members and David Bailey reviewed The Minutes. <br /> There was no discussion, nor were there any corrections . <br /> Marcia King made motion The Board accept The Minutes of <br /> The Meeting of May 28 , 1996 as printed; Leslie Greig made second <br /> the motion; motion passed; majority decision, The Minutes were <br /> accepted by The Board. Kenneth Porter refrained from voting a <br /> e was not present at that meeting . <br /> Minutes of .The Meeting of June 11 , 1996 <br /> Board Members and David Bailey reviewed The Minutes , <br /> Nice Chairman Porter referred to Page 5 . The Internet; he <br /> questioned the status of this matter. David Bailey informed that <br /> the test site is up and running. The last time he checked in on <br /> it, Assessing ' s 1995 information was there. A new program has <br /> been written so that the information on the July , 1997 <br /> Preliminary Tac Bills will be placed on the Internet. Marcia <br /> King initiated lengthy discussion. <br /> David Bailey informed that Assessing ' s information is <br /> limited at present but is acceptable; the "Search" feature for.- <br /> Map <br /> orMap and Block, etc. ,. is usable. Suggestions are forthcoming on <br /> setting up the data a little differently so that it will be <br /> easier to read. <br />
