CRE I , CHAIRMAN <br /> KENNETH A. PORTER, VICE CHAIRMAN <br /> DAVID A, BAILEY, DIRECTOR of ASSESSING <br /> ABSENT. MARCIA R. KING, CLERK <br /> The regular meeting was held in the Assessing Department ' s <br /> temporary office, a trailer located at the rear of Mashpee Town <br /> Hall, Mashpee, Massachusetts. This site is being used while Town <br /> Hall is beingrenovated and Assessing' s new office location is <br /> being prepared. <br /> The regular meeting was called to order by Chairman Greig at <br /> 6 : 00 p.m. <br /> Chairman Greig announced that Mania King is absent this <br /> evening ] excuse she is working late at her job in Boston. <br /> MINUTES OF THE MEETINGS: <br /> M Minutes of The Meeting of Jul. 9 ), 1996 <br /> Chairman Greig referred to Page 2 , Clause 18 Executive <br /> Session Hearing of May 11 , 1993 ; he questioned the status of this <br /> ratter. David Bailey informed that he has heard nothing further <br /> and assumes the matter has been resolved. He pointed out that <br /> although a denial letter from Assessing to the Applicant has <br /> never leen found, he Cannot imagine that no communication ever <br /> took place Assessing always communicates with Its <br /> applicants .
