NOTE: The Mashpee Board of Assessors did not hold Board Meetings on the Tuesdays of August 20 , 2 , and September 3 , 1996 . 14ASHPEE BOARD of ASSESSORS MINUTES of SEPTEMBER lo , 1996 PRESENT: LESLIE M. CRE I , CHAIRMAN KENNETH A. PORTER, VICE CHAIRMAN DAVID A, BAILEY, DIRECTOR of ASSESSING ABSENT. MARCIA R. KING, CLERK The regular meeting was held in the Assessing Department ' s temporary office, a trailer located at the rear of Mashpee Town Hall, Mashpee, Massachusetts. This site is being used while Town Hall is beingrenovated and Assessing' s new office location is being prepared. The regular meeting was called to order by Chairman Greig at 6 : 00 p.m. Chairman Greig announced that Mania King is absent this evening ] excuse she is working late at her job in Boston. MINUTES OF THE MEETINGS: M Minutes of The Meeting of Jul. 9 ), 1996 Chairman Greig referred to Page 2 , Clause 18 Executive Session Hearing of May 11 , 1993 ; he questioned the status of this ratter. David Bailey informed that he has heard nothing further and assumes the matter has been resolved. He pointed out that although a denial letter from Assessing to the Applicant has never leen found, he Cannot imagine that no communication ever took place Assessing always communicates with Its applicants . Chairman Greig requested Mr. Bailer to check with Ms , Susan Collum. to verify that this issue has been resolved. i Kenneth Porter made motion The Board accept The Minutes of The Meeting of July 9 ,1996 as printed; Les le Greig rade second the motion; motion passed; majority decision.
