-10T�qj NOTE: The Mashpee Board of Assessors did not hold Board Meetings during the month of December, 1996 , nor on the Tuesdays of January 7 , 1 , and 21 , 1997 . MASHPEE BOARD of ASSESSORS MINUTES OF JANUARY 28v 1997 PRESENT: LESLIE M. G EI G, CHAIRMAN KENNETH A. PORTER, MICE CHAIRMAN MARCIA R. KING, CLERK DAVID A. BAILEY, DIRECTOR OF ASSESSING The regular meeting was held in the Assessing Department ' temporary office, a trailer located at the rear of Mashpee Town Hall , Mashpee, Massachusetts. This site is being used while Town Hall is being renovated and Asses ing ' s new office location is being prepared. The regular meeting was called to order by Chairman Greig at F 6 : 20 p.m. He informed that he did not hear from Marcia King today; he does not know if she plans to attend this evening ' Board Meeting. MINUTES OF THE MEETINGS: minutes of The Meeting of November 1.2 , 1996 Nice Chairman Porter made motion The Hoard accept the Minutes of The Meeting of November 12 , 1996 , as printed; Leslie Greig made second the motion; notion passed; majority decision. The Minutes were accepted by The Board. NEW BUSINESS Personal. Property Abatement Applications Chairman Greig presented the List of FY97 Personal Property Abatement Applications Abated in Full by the Board of Assessors on January 2 , 1997 . (Copy of the List, signed by the Board of Assessors, is attached to These Minutes . ) Mr. Greig explained that The List consists of 26 applications numbered from 1P through 0P; the abatement applications that are not listed in this numerical sequence will be acted upon later by the Hoard of Assessors . Vice Chairman Porter made motion the Board accept the List of Personal Property - Applications Abated in Full as presented and explained by Chairman Greig; Leslie Greig made second the motion; Motion passed; majority decision. The List was accepted by the Board.
