BAILEY, DIRECTOR OF ASSESSING <br /> The regular meeting was held in the Assessing Department ' <br /> temporary office, a trailer located at the rear of Mashpee Town <br /> Hall , Mashpee, Massachusetts. This site is being used while Town <br /> Hall is being renovated and Asses ing ' s new office location is <br /> being prepared. <br /> The regular meeting was called to order by Chairman Greig at <br /> F <br /> 6 : 20 p.m. He informed that he did not hear from Marcia King <br /> today; he does not know if she plans to attend this evening ' <br /> Board Meeting. <br /> MINUTES OF THE MEETINGS: <br /> minutes of The Meeting of November 1.2 , 1996 <br /> Nice Chairman Porter made motion The Hoard accept the <br /> Minutes of The Meeting of November 12 , 1996 , as printed; Leslie <br /> Greig made second the motion; notion passed; majority decision. <br /> The Minutes were accepted by The Board. <br /> NEW BUSINESS <br /> Personal. Property Abatement Applications <br /> Chairman Greig presented the List of FY97 Personal <br /> Property Abatement Applications Abated in Full by the Board of <br /> Assessors on January 2 , 1997 . (Copy of the List, signed by the <br /> Board of Assessors, is attached to These Minutes . ) Mr. Greig <br /> explained that The List consists of 26 applications numbered from <br /> 1P through 0P; the abatement applications that are not listed <br /> in this numerical sequence will be acted upon later by the Hoard <br /> of Assessors . <br /> Vice Chairman Porter made motion the Board accept the <br /> List of Personal Property - Applications Abated in Full as <br /> presented and explained by Chairman Greig; Leslie Greig made <br /> second the motion; Motion passed; majority decision.
