BAILEY, DIRECTOR of ASSESSING <br /> Tfie regular meeting was held in the Assessing Department' s <br /> offices located in Town Hall , Mashee, Massachusetts . The <br /> meeting was called to order by Chairman Greig at 6 : 10 p.m. <br /> MINUTES of THE MEETINGS <br /> Minutes of The Meeting of January 13 , 1998 <br /> Board Members and David Bailey reviewed "the minutes . " <br /> There was no discussion, nor were there any corrections . <br /> Marcia King made motion The Board accept The Minutes of <br /> The Meeting of January 13 , 1998, as printed; vice Chairman <br /> Porter made second the motion; motion passed; unanimous decision. <br /> The Minutes were accepted by The Board. <br /> NEW BUSINESS <br /> Abatement Ap ligations <br /> Chairman Greig presented the two-page Corer Sheet of <br /> FY98 Read. Estate Applications . He informed that all of the 18 <br /> Abatement Applications listed have been. reviewed by the Board o <br /> Assessors . He explained that the Cover Sheet lists all the <br /> actions taken by the Board, beginning with Matthew Thomas <br /> (Application Number 1 and ending on page 2 with Stephen eih- <br /> C o Mark Witkin (Application Number 43 ) * <br /> Vice Chairman Porter made motion the Abatements on the <br /> Corer Sheet as read and explained by -Chairman Greig be accepted <br /> by the Board- Marcia sting made second the motion; motion passed; <br /> unanimo-us decision, The Board accepted the Corer Sheet of 1 <br /> F9 . Real Estate Applications , voted on February lo , 1998 . <br /> (Copy of the Cover Sheet, fully executed by Board Members , is <br /> attached to These Minutes . ) <br /> Chairman Greig distributed to each Board Member for <br /> signature the 18 Abatement Applications stating the Board of <br /> Assessors ' actions. <br />
