NOTE: The Mashpee Board of Assessors dial not hold a Regular Board Meeting on Tuesday, February 3 , 1998 . MASH E E BOARD of ASSESSORS MINUTES of FEBRUARY 10p 1998 PRESENT: LESLIE M. GREIG, CHAIRMAN KENNETH A* PORTER, VICE CHAIRMAN MARCIA R. KING, CLERK DAVID A. BAILEY, DIRECTOR of ASSESSING Tfie regular meeting was held in the Assessing Department' s offices located in Town Hall , Mashee, Massachusetts . The meeting was called to order by Chairman Greig at 6 : 10 p.m. MINUTES of THE MEETINGS Minutes of The Meeting of January 13 , 1998 Board Members and David Bailey reviewed "the minutes . " There was no discussion, nor were there any corrections . Marcia King made motion The Board accept The Minutes of The Meeting of January 13 , 1998, as printed; vice Chairman Porter made second the motion; motion passed; unanimous decision. The Minutes were accepted by The Board. NEW BUSINESS Abatement Ap ligations Chairman Greig presented the two-page Corer Sheet of FY98 Read. Estate Applications . He informed that all of the 18 Abatement Applications listed have been. reviewed by the Board o Assessors . He explained that the Cover Sheet lists all the actions taken by the Board, beginning with Matthew Thomas (Application Number 1 and ending on page 2 with Stephen eih- C o Mark Witkin (Application Number 43 ) * Vice Chairman Porter made motion the Abatements on the Corer Sheet as read and explained by -Chairman Greig be accepted by the Board- Marcia sting made second the motion; motion passed; unanimo-us decision, The Board accepted the Corer Sheet of 1 F9 . Real Estate Applications , voted on February lo , 1998 . (Copy of the Cover Sheet, fully executed by Board Members , is attached to These Minutes . ) Chairman Greig distributed to each Board Member for signature the 18 Abatement Applications stating the Board of Assessors ' actions.
