Gregg Fraser seconded the motion. The motion was <br /> unanimously approved. <br /> Greg Fraser rade a motion that the Board accept the minutes as presented for the <br /> BOA Executive session on 7/22/10. Sheldon Holzer seconded the motion. The motion <br /> was unanimously approved. <br /> BOARD of ASSESSORS REOORTS <br /> None <br /> DIRECTOR of ASSESSING REPORT - Jason streebel <br /> 1. Galante ATB case Update — 164 captain's Row . <br /> Jason Streeb l reported that the ATB ruled in our favor on the case. <br /> 2. ATB Hearing on Motion-to Dismiss <br /> Jason Stre bel reported meeting with ATB on a notion to dismiss an ATB tax appeal <br /> based on a filing that was late. The ruling is still under consideration. <br /> . ATB Hearing on Popponesset Property i- <br /> Jason Stre bel stated that he will be meeting again with the ATB in three weeks for a <br /> hearing on a Popponesset property. <br /> f <br /> . !Municipal Relief Act Handout—(see Attachment A <br /> r <br /> Jason streebel reviewed for the Board the contents of the Municipal Relief Act that <br /> pertains to Assessors. Key points include the following: <br /> - Realignment of the DOR certification schedule; two maps attached to these <br /> I <br /> minutes indicate the communities that will be delayed by a year to F 2 1 <br /> Section 2 applies to those communities that wish to have joint assessing boards <br /> Section 38 gives the Commissioner of Revenue more authority to allover Assessors to <br /> abate certain takes rather than request an abatement in writing to the Commissioner <br />
