All <br /> voted unanimously. <br /> OLD BUSINESS <br /> Feasibility Study <br /> y <br /> Selectman Richardson indicated that the Town believed-funds were approved by D CD and that <br /> i <br /> they were awaiting authorization for the funding. Additionally, Selectman Richardson <br /> confirmed that the CPC had approved mooring forward with an Article for the funds but that the <br /> funds would need to be accepted by the Board of Selectmen or the Affordable Trust. Selectman.' <br /> Richardson planned to meet with Bob Lawton, from Yarmouth and knowledgeable about <br /> affordable trusts, regarding Mash ee's ffordabl a Housing Trust. fir. Johnson requested that he <br /> and Ms. Botsford be contacted regarding the upcomi. g Affordable Housing Frust meeting. <br /> Selectman Richardson confumed that fir. Johnson would be invited to attend. �&. Johnson <br /> recommended haat the funds be forwarded to the Affordable Housing Trust ire order for the Trust <br /> to begin working. There was discussion regarding whether a special revenue account was in <br /> place for the Affordable Housing.Trust. There was consensus that the funds be set aside in a <br /> special account designated-for affordable housing, rather than i the general fund. Once the <br /> funds were acquired, the Chair questioned the paeans by which an RFS'would be generated. <br /> Selectman Richardson suggested that the RFS'would be recommended by the Affordable <br /> Housing.Conunittee, then distributed by the Affordable Housing Frust. <br /> CPC Update <br /> Chairnnan Abbott:stated that Mr. Isbitz attended the CPC meeting and reported that the Tovn <br /> Manager intended to ressubnnit the application and sign it, along with Chairman Abbott, to <br /> possibly request additional funds. The Chair contacted Ms. Mason by email, but had not yet <br /> heard back. There was discussion regarding a deadline. The Chair stated that any remaining <br /> CPC funds could not be used for an additional study and that a second application would need to <br /> be submitted for a second site. The Cham-reported that Ms_ Botsford submitted a request for <br /> additional funds to expand her program. <br /> The Chair reported that Board members of the Quashnet valley Homeowner's Association have <br /> expressed concern about the request. The Chair had responded that *Information was net <br /> available until the study was completed, but that the Committee would be happy to discuss any <br />
