MASHPEE COUNCIL ON AGING <br /> DECEMBER 8, 20Q4 <br /> IN ATTENDANCE ALSO PRESENT <br /> Arthur Weinstein James Long <br /> Jeanne Nousee Lynne Waterman <br /> Jack Dorsey <br /> Marijo Gomey <br /> Rose Shanker <br /> Art Eisenberg <br /> Marilyn Brooks <br /> Irving Goldberg <br /> Virginia McIntyre <br /> The Chairperson opened the meeting at 9:10 in Meeting Room 2 of Mashpee Town Hall. <br /> The minutes of the December meeting were approved with Arthur Goldberg offering the <br /> motion to accept and Sack Dorsey seconding the motion, which was then approved <br /> unanimously. <br /> TREASURER'S REPORT —Expenditures appeared to be right in I ine with budget <br /> expectations, but the new building might have some unanticipated financial needs. Jim <br /> Long defined"Other", which was questioned in the last meeting, as including Purchase <br /> Services'. such as Belmont Water, Photo Copy Paper, Alarm System, etc., some of which <br /> are once-a-year expenditures. These will balance out over the course of the year. Itis the <br /> overall budget that matters. Motion to accept the report was made by Jack Dorsey, and <br /> seconded by Jeanne Noussee. it was approved unanimously. <br /> DIRECTOR'S REPORT <br /> J irn and the original four council members welcomed the new members who were just <br /> approved to fill the vacant seats. They include Rose Shanker, Virginia McIntyre, Art <br /> Eisenberg, Marilyn Brooks and Irving Goldberg. <br /> I <br /> Also, the director listed some of his many activities over the past month.
