MASHPEE COUNCIL ON AGING <br /> JANUARY ].2, 2005 <br /> IN ATTENDANCE ALSO PRESENT <br /> Arthur Weinstein James hong <br /> Jeanne Nousee Lynne Waterman <br /> Jack Dorsey <br />� Marijo Gurney <br /> Rose Shenker <br /> Art Eisenberg <br /> Marilynn Brooks <br /> Irving Goldberg <br /> ABSENT <br /> Virginia McIntyre <br /> The Chairman opened the meeting at 9:10 in Meeting Room 2 of Mashpee <br /> Town Hall. <br /> The minutes of the December meeting were approved with modification <br /> with Irving Goldberg offering the motion to accept and Jack Dorsey <br /> seconding the motion, which was then approved unanimously. <br /> TREASURER'S REPORT —Jim met with the Town Administrator on <br /> January 3 to discuss the proposed budget. No comumitments were made, but <br /> the proposed budget was attached to the last report. <br /> DIRECTOR'S REPORT— <br /> MEETINGS—Most of Jim's activities centered around the tremendous task <br /> of moving into the new building. Most of the issues resolved were <br /> ultimately resolved—with the new building scheduled to open on <br /> January 28, from 1:00 to 4:00 pm. <br />� Also, a recital involving the Mashpee singing seniors was scheduled for <br /> Sunday, January 30, with a $10 admissions fee requested to raise money for <br /> a digital piano. <br />
