Haybales are still there, shrubs, if they can be saved, will be put back in, or new ones planted if necessary. Construction will be complete within two weeks. The applicant agreed to waive the 21 days for the order of Conditions so the Agent can go out to the site and determine what should be done which could thea be included in an order of Conditions.
