Mrs. DeDory said that they have to he seat to the Commission by <br /> Cer if ied. Mail so that she can insert the Cerifi d Number on the Order of Con- <br /> ditions,, <br /> He said that he has an Aolrreeirient to Sell and Buy between himself and his <br /> brother contingent upon getting permission from the Commission and the Build- <br /> ing Inspector to build. He said that the thing that might have the most bear- <br /> ing is that there's no way a proposed building can be as much as 1001 from the <br /> water - he is only x from the water. He will bac fa_11 �in order to make a <br /> proper septic system. He has gat it, according to the contour lines, as being <br /> 4 to 51 adjacent to the house and 2 to 31 over the balance of the system. The <br /> house is going to be octagonal. <br /> Mr. Buckingham said he's being given a leaching field rather than diffusers <br /> and he can get away with much less spill hr-it way. the r�nie he would have t <br /> build up much higher. Dr. Allen said that if approval <br /> is eventually received, he is not entirely clear on the extent of that approval <br /> with regard to the project as a whole. For example, if he is given approval to <br /> go ahead and a foundation is built and septic system, is put in, has he then <br /> completed the work over which this Commission has some say, or does it go beyond <br /> that in other aspects of the structure, o r what? Mrs. Studley said it covers <br /> the foundation., basic construction., septic system and well and the filling around <br /> his structure - other than tha# , the Commission has nothing more to sac about it. <br /> Dr. Allen said that if he didn't get it all done in a year., he would apply <br /> for an extension of time. Mrs. Studley said that as long as some progress has <br /> taken place it is all right. Mrs, DeLor r asked if he Will be the legal oifner <br /> of the property before he Files and Mrs., Studley asked Jd he was filing in both <br /> names, Dr. Allen said that he would like to file an such a way that the trans- <br /> fer of the property is not complete until he has the Commission's aoDroval and <br />
