Charlie commented <br /> that they either could do that or fall the thing in and restore the bank t <br /> the original conditions. Mr. Haggett commented that they would comply t <br /> whatever conditioh the Board felt ne essary* however# he liked the sugges- <br /> tion of imbedding the railroad ties.
