E43-289 <br /> Mr. Brad pr-i k.ie was present to represent the applicant who is proposing <br /> to construct a 18,r x 33 ' palette shaped gunite swimminq pool within 100 ft. <br /> of a conservation easement, <br /> . <br /> Mr. sprinkle showed. the Board a- cross-section of the pool and pin po_i rated <br /> the area on the plan a to where they would like to construct the. pool. Tie <br /> told the Commiss.icn that there was a 50 foot conservation easement and t-Iriat <br /> they knew they couldn ' t go in that area, The pool will be placed in order <br /> to i.ave a , :_ o. the iving area. He told the Commission that the topo- <br /> araphy is all level in the area where they plan to place the pool with a <br /> little bit of underbrush, <br /> After * 3r- the cross-sectional. ,pian, Wayne Tavares suggested ted at in <br /> the 'uture, they show the topogtappy# Mr. prinkie agreed that the pian <br /> was poorly cone aria stated that, ,in the future, plans will -be in more detail . <br /> Chairperson Studley commented that all excavated material will be removed <br /> from the site. <br /> The Commission took the hearing under advisement and later that same even- <br /> ing issued an order of conditions stating that the pool shall not be less <br /> than 10 feet from the line delineating the conservation easement as shown <br /> on the plan entitled.: elan B and that it shall conform -to the " owe o <br /> •�:ashpee Building Regulations with respect to sideline requirements . <br /> Discussion wcals made on a deck which was built on mr.
