MA H E E CONS.ERVATION COMMISSION <br /> MASQIP � TOWN HALL <br /> VEETING OF JUNE 13s 1984 <br /> The following members of the Conservation Commission were present. for <br /> tonight's meeting: Pauline F. DeLory, Vice Chairman; Wayne Tavares, <br /> March Dardano, Stuart Peoples and B. Jean Thomas o Chairman Studley was <br /> out -of town. <br /> Vice chairman DeLory convened the meeting at 7:45 p.m. <br /> Meetin With Town Counsel <br /> March Dar ano moved to go into Executive Session to meet with 'down Counsel <br /> for the purpose of discussing possible litigation. Wayne Tavares seconded <br /> the motion. March Dardno voted in favor. Jean Thomas voted in favor. <br /> Wayne Tavares voted in favor. Pauline DeLory voted in favor. Stuart <br /> Peoples' was not present. Charlie Buckingham was not present. Chairman . <br /> Stuley was of :present, Motion- carried- ' The Commission announced that <br /> them egular e ting ��i resume after Executive Session* Executive <br /> s .od ouneat8 , OR . <br /> - <br /> Rt this point in theme ting t Peoples arrived. <br /> Dredging_Wa 'uoit Bay <br /> Richard Kuusella met with the Commission regarding the dredging permit <br /> issued for Waquoit Bay and concerns on the effect it will have on shell <br /> fish in the area. Mr. iuusella was informed that the Commission held <br /> public hearing last fall on Waquoit Bay, He was also told that he could <br /> view the file i n the Selectmen's office with regard to the contract drawn <br /> up and signed .on today' date. <br /> Continuance of Deichel ie e- irg <br /> �.*■w�rrwr�rf�a i w ■ rr■■w�w�r■•w�■ i i <br /> Mir. & Mrs., DeMichelle and Mr. La Bute appeared before the Commission in <br /> reference to the continuance of their hearing scheduled for tonight due <br /> to lack of information on plans submitted at theCommission' s meeting of <br /> May 23, Mrs. DeMichelle informed the members of the Board that they had <br /> anticipated Mir. Costa handling the preparation of the new puns which were <br /> to be submitted; however, that he had called to say that he would not be <br /> able to produce the plans. She said that Mr. Spohr would now represent <br /> them. Mir. Spohr asked for a continuation of the hearing. march Dardano <br /> roved to continue the hearing until the meeting of July 11. Wayne Tavares <br /> seconded the motion. All present were in favor with Jean Thomas abstaining. <br /> It was noted that no file number had been. issued from DEQB. The 1 e is ielle's <br /> .were asked if they submitted plans and forms to DBQE. The reply was "no" . <br /> Mr. Spohr said that- he would take care of it. Mrs. Deme c elle asked if they <br /> could go ahead and grade the area, Nice Chairperson DeLory replied "no" . <br /> Hearing of Frank Boncaldo - SE3-351 <br /> The following hearing scheduled for Frank Boncaldo's request to construct a <br /> tiro-story residence at lot 1040 Uncle Percy' s Road was continued until <br /> July 11th at 8 :15 p.m. due to lack of abutter notification. <br /> Hea rind of games Hai ett <br /> The hearing scheduled for Janes Haggett to construct and maintain a stairway, <br /> walk and floating dock along Mashpee River off Lot 8 Godfrey Road was con. <br /> t rued until July 11th at 8 :30 p.m. due to lack of abutter notification. <br /> Mir. Haggett said that he had notified the abutters verbally; however, the <br /> Commission requested something in writing, <br /> *i i�■�i i <br />
