The - Chairman noted that the Commission 's in receipt of pre- <br /> liminary plans for Grouse Point, a sub--division. The plans <br /> were passed to those present, <br /> Stable Trust Arrow Engineering Co. , Inc. - Agent <br /> This proposal is to construct a single-family dwelling, driveway, <br /> sewage-disposal systo a -and deck within an area of coastal, bark <br /> and partially within the flood zone at Lot #10 Monomoscoy Road, <br /> Plan 108 . <br /> Mr. Robert Raymond, representative of the Agent , stated that <br /> almost the entire building site is within the ACED and that he <br /> is withdrawing the application. <br /> Stable Trust Arrow Engineering Co . , Inc , - Agent <br /> Robert Raymond, representative for the Agent, presented plans for <br /> this proposal to construct a single-family dwelling, garage , <br /> driveway, sewage-disposal system, deck and retaining walls on <br /> coastal bank and in a buffer zone adjacent thereto at Lot #21 , <br /> ionomoscoy Road , Plan 108. <br /> The . proposed dwelling is outside the ACEC as is the septic system, <br /> Ir. Raymond noted that there is a mistake on the plan at the 11' <br /> contour. Revised plans were drawn and issued to the persons present . <br /> The dwelling, driveway, deck and septic system will be above the <br /> 11' contour. A portion of the retaining walls and deck will be <br /> within. <br /> Several members stated that some trees have already been cut and <br />
