Materials <br /> delivered will not be delivered closer than 1.50. from the wet--. <br /> I aid. <br /> .After brief discussion, a non-significant decision was reached by <br /> members and advisors present. A Certificate of Non-significance <br /> was wri tten and willb e issued. <br /> The Chairman noted that no DEE No. has been received for work <br /> proposed 'to be done by applicant, Milton Cohen, to construct <br /> deck, upgrade the septic and remove the existing cesspool at <br /> Lot d' 97Waterway. <br /> '7i Haran <br /> Robert Braman of Braman Engineering Company, agent for Mr. Harary, <br /> discussed informally the written request of Mr. Harary several weeks <br /> ago for a modification of Order of Conditions (1984) to allow the <br /> movement of the pool to a different location.
