CONSERVATION COMMISSION <br /> Meeting of September 11 , 1986 <br /> OMMISSIONERS PRESENT: V. Louise Behrman, Gertrude Ferriday, March du Pont, <br /> Stephen VanT l . Also present was John 1larkonda. <br /> ABSENT: Carol Jacobson, Elliot Rosenberg and Mary Brown. <br /> he meeting was ca-lle(tto order at 7:30 p.m. <br /> - James R. Mitchell , to construct a summer residence at Lot 34 Fopponesset <br /> s 1 a nd Rd. Mr. Mitchell" presenting. Abutters were notified. This residence <br /> o be built under flood zone ruling. The north end of the building sits into <br /> hili and fill will have to be high enough for that ruling. The level facing <br /> eaward will continue as it is. Mr. Mitchell stated the stales on the lot are <br /> he four corners of the-house. <br /> ehrman suggested the flow diffusers be moved to the south to allow the house <br /> o be moved closer to the road, 35 feet from the edge. Th i s would resolve some <br /> f the problem with fill .
