i <br /> a � <br /> Mas h p e Conservation ois s in <br /> Meeting of September 26, 1985 <br /> Page Three <br /> An order of Conditions was written and will be issued as follows : <br /> lows <br /> 1- All heavy equipment work is to be done within the limit <br /> of the straw bales as described and shown at the time of <br /> the public hearing. <br /> The Chairman noted that at.n appeal has been filed with DEQE on <br /> behalf of John Malloy, DEQE #SE43-450 to determine whether or not <br /> the area on which the proposed work is to be dome is significant <br /> to public or private water supply, t o the groundwater -supply, to <br /> flood control, to storm damage prevention, t prevention of pollution, <br /> to protection of land containing shellfish or to the protection of <br /> fisheries . ' <br /> . <br /> This Petition was denied by the Mashpee Conservation Commission. <br /> It is further noted that it is the responsibility of the applicant <br /> to provide evidence to the DEQE that the applicant is proceeding with <br /> ars appeal to the local by-laws <br /> There being no further business to come before the members present, <br /> it was adjourned by the Chairperson. <br /> Submitted <br /> Judith F,, Walsh <br /> Secretary <br />
